Dye House

The first stage of the dye house is the chemical laboratory where recipes of all colors are prepared. Health care and color fastness results are always considered in detail. For that reason, in Pektas, the highest quality dyes and chemicals used are being used.

The sample dying tank which has 5kg capacity gives great flexibility to Pektas.

With the fully automated THIES dyeing equipment, almost all kinds of yarns including fancy yarns and chenille can be dyed here. The dyeing tanks have capacities of 5kg, 50kg, 150kg and 300kg. The drying process is realized by Thies pressure drying system. In this unit, external customers can be served with the capacity remaining from Pektas’ production.

With the waste water treatment system, the company is operating very sensitively to the environmental issues.
